Includes 2 built-in recliners and a sofa sleeper w/ Sealy mattress. Very well-built, American-made by Klaussner. It is 11 years old. Structurally perfect and priced accordingly. Minor damage noted: 1. A minor wear mark on the foot rest of one recliner that is not even visible when it is closed.2. One side of the upper cushions on both recliners are ripped at the back where it is sewed to the seat back, but this is also not generally visible. Those are repairable but we are selling as-is, price reflects current condition.
